Product Description
1.1 COG process, FPC flexible cable uses a connector, the product includes backlighting, is pre-assembled, has a thin profile, and has a stable structure.
1.2 The IC uses the ST7565R chip, which does not have a built-in character set; the programmer creates the character set.
1.3 Low power consumption, 3.3V power mode, backlight current is less than 1mA when the backlight is off, and between 60mA and 1mA when the backlight is on.
1.4 The red and white LEDs (A and K) require a separate power supply of 2.9V~3.0V.

· Internal display data RAM is 64x128 bits.
· External capacitor generates voltage boost.
· Contrast adjustment is software-controlled.
· Displays 8 characters x 4 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
