Product Description
1.1 COG process, FPC flexible cable uses a connector, the product includes backlighting, is pre-assembled, has a thin profile, and has a stable structure.
1.2 The IC uses the ST7567 chip, which does not have a built-in character set; the programmer creates the character set.
1.3 Low power consumption, 3.3V power mode, backlight current is less than 1mA when the backlight is off, and between 60mA and 1mA when the backlight is on.
1.4 LED backlights A and K are on PCB boards, and A and K require separate power supply of 2.9V~3.0V.
1.5 Product features:
Internal display data RAM is 64x128 bits.
External capacitor generates voltage boost.
Contrast adjustment is controlled by software.
One screen displays 8 characters x 4 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
Single image ≤ 128x64 dot matrix. 4-line SPI interface communication.
