Product Description
1.1 COG process, FPC soft wiring is a plug-in interface, the product is equipped with PCB board, backlight, thin thickness and stable structure.
1.2 IC uses st7567, there is no font library in the chip, and the programmer compiles its own font library.
1.3 Optional plus font chip, driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN3, PIN4.
1.4 Low power consumption, default 3.3V power mode, no backlight current within 1mA, backlight current at 80mA Inside.
1.5 LED backlight A and K are PCB boards, and A needs a separate power supply of 2.9V~3.0V. LED can be made by PIN5, PIN6, PIN 7 Drive.
1.6 Product features:
●The built-in display data RAM is 64x128 bits.
●Built-in boost circuit.
●The contrast ratio is adjusted by the software.
●One screen shows 8 characters x 4 lines (16x16 dots).
●Single picture ≦128x64 dot matrix. 4-wire SPI interface communication.
●Rich functions: The interface display is on/off, positive/reverse.
