Product Description
1.1 320*240 resolution, C0B process dot matrix LCD module, the product comes with PCB board, LED backlight, conductive tape connection, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses ra8835/uc8835, compatible with EPSON's S1D13305 (SED1335), the chip has built-in character library ROM (CGROM), no Chinese character library, programmers compile Chinese character library.
1.3 Low power consumption, 5V/3.3V two power supply modes, no backlight current within 20mA, backlight current within 200mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN19, PIN20.
1.5 Product features:
●Built-in character library ROM (CGROM): 160 characters (5x7 dot matrix).
●Graphics mode, text mode, graphics and text mixed mode.
●Text and graphics layered overlapping display, horizontal and vertical scrolling and other dynamic effects.
●One screen displays 20 characters x 15 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●Single picture ≦ 320x240 dot matrix.
●Built-in negative voltage output (VEE) optional, V0 and VEE disconnected when the module contrast is fixed.
●8-bit parallel port 8080 timing or 6800 timing selection.
