Product Description
1.1 320*240 resolution, C0B process dot matrix LCD module, the product comes with PCB board, LED backlight, conductive tape connection, stable structure.
1.2 Replace DMF-50840, built-in 240 rows and 320 columns LCD driver chip, without control chip, can be connected to external LCD control chip RA8835, programmers compile Chinese character library.
1.3 Low power consumption, 5V/3.3V two power supply modes, no backlight current within 20mA, backlight current within 200mA.
1.4 After plugging in FFC14Pin cable, the backlight is always on. If the backlight is controlled separately, the single-row pins PIN15 and PIN16 on the left can be powered separately.

●The module has built-in M signal.
