Product Description
1.1 C0B process, the product comes with PCB board, backlight, conductive tape connection, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses t6963c/uc6963, the chip has built-in character library ROM (CGROM), no Chinese character library, programmers compile Chinese character library.
1.3 Low power consumption, there are two power supply modes of 5V/3.3V, the current without backlight is within 20mA, and the current with backlight is within 180mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN2, PIN3, PIN21, PIN22.
1.5 Product features:
●Built-in display data RAM is 128x240 bits
●Built-in character library ROM (CGROM): 128 characters
●Graphic mode, text mode, graphic text mixed mode.
●One screen displays 15 characters x 8 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●Single picture ≦240x128 dot matrix:
●Built-in negative voltage output (VEE), V0 and VEE are disconnected when the module contrast is fixed.
●8-bit parallel port, 8080 timing.
