Product Description
1.1 COB process, the product comes with PCB board, backlight, conductive tape connection, and stable structure.
1.2 IC uses RA8806, the chip has built-in 512-byte character library ROM (CGROM), simplified or traditional Chinese character library and ASCII font ROM chip selection.
1.3 Low power consumption, there are two power supply modes of 5V/3.3V, the current without backlight is within 20mA, and the current with backlight is within 180mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN21, PIN22.
1.5 Product features:
●Built-in character library ROM (CGROM): 512 bytes of drawing and text two mixed display modes.
●Dual layer mixed display.
●Support 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270 degrees text rotation display Support 4 grayscale display modes, text reverse, bold text, 1x to 4x text magnification. Built-in resistive touch scanning.
●One screen displays 15 characters x 8 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●Single picture ≦240x128 dots.
●Built-in negative voltage output (VEE), V0 and VEE are disconnected when the module contrast is fixed
●8-bit parallel port interface, 8080 timing/6800 timing.
