Product Description
1.1 C0G process, FPC welding, product with backlight, thin thickness, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses st75256, there is no font library in the chip, programmers compile font library
1.3 Low power consumption, only 3.3V power mode, no backlight current within 3mA, backlight current within 100mA.
1.4 LED backlight A and K are powered separately for PCB board and need to be soldered on PCB board.
1.5 Product features:
●Built-in display data RAM is 96x192 bits:
●The boost circuit only needs 3 1uf capacitors
●The contrast is adjusted by software
●One screen displays 12 characters x 6 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●Single picture ≦192x96 dot matrix.
●Optional 4-wire SPI interface or 8-bit parallel port 6800 timing or 8080 timing
● Rich functions:4 grayscale display, interface display on/off, positive display/reverse display, read/modify/write:
