Product Description
1.1 C0G process, FPC welding, product with PCB board, backlight, thin thickness, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses st7525, there is no font library in the chip, programmers compile fonts
1.3 Low power consumption, there are two power modes of 5V/3.3V, no backlight current within 1mA, backlight current within 100mA.
1.4 LED backlight A and K are soldered on the PCB board, with stable structure. LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN20.
1.5 Product features:
●Built-in display data RAM is 64x192 bits.
●The module has built-in boost circuit.
●The contrast is adjusted by software
●One screen displays 12 characters x 4 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●Single picture ≦192x64 dot matrix.
●Optional 4-wire SPI interface/8-bit parallel port 6800 timing/8080 timing, customizable 12C interface:
