Product Description
1.1 COG technology, FPC soft line is welded, the product has backlight, has been assembled, thin thickness, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses st75256, there is no word library in the chip, and the programmer compiles his own word library.
1.3 Low power consumption, 3.3V power supply mode, no backlight current within 3mA, backlight current within 120mA.
1.4 LED backlights A and K have been fixed on the PCB board, and A and K need to be supplied with 3.3V separately.
1.5 Product features:
●The built-in display data RAM is 160x256 bits. Built-in boost circuit.
●The contrast is adjusted by the software.
●One screen displays 16 characters x 10 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●A single picture ≤256x160 dot matrix.
●Optional 4-wire SPI interface or 8-bit parallel port 6800 timing or 8080 timing, and the circuit can be configured.
●Rich functions: interface display on/off, positive display/reverse display, read/modify/write.
