Product Description
1.1 COG process, FPC soft line is a welding port, the product has PCB board, with backlight, thin thickness and stable structure.
1.2 IC uses st7567, there is no word library in the chip, and the programmer compiles his own word library.
1.3 Optional font library chip, driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN3, PIN4.
1.4 Low power consumption, default 3.3V power supply mode, no backlight current within 1mA, with backlight current at 60mA Inside.
1.5 LED backlight A and K are PCB boards, and A and K need to supply a separate supply of 29V~3.0V. LEDs can be made by PIN5, PIN6, PIN7 driver.
1.6 Product features:
●The built-in display data RAM is 64x128 bits.
●Built-in boost circuit.
●The contrast is adjusted by the software.
●One screen displays 8 characters x4 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●Single picture ≦128x64 dot matrix. 4-wire SPI interface or 8-bit parallel port 6800 or 8080 timing can be selected.
●Rich features:The interface display is on/off, positive/reverse, read/modify/write.
