Product Description
1.1 COG process, FPC plug-in, product with backlight, iron frame, thin thickness, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses UC1698, there is no font library in the chip, programmers compile fonts by themselves.
1.3 Low power consumption, only 3.3V power mode, no backlight current within 3mA, backlight current within 100mA.
1.4 LED backlight A and K are red and black lines, need to be powered separately.
1.5 Product features:
●The chip has built-in software temperature compensation.
●The module has built-in boost circuit.
●The contrast is adjusted by software,
●One screen displays 10 characters x 10 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●A single picture ≦160x160 dot matrix.
●8-bit parallel port 6800 timing or 8080 timing
●Rich functions:
●Single display RAM area, local display and scrolling, and 4-bit grayscale modulation display per pixel
