Product Description
1.1 COB process, product with backlight, conductive adhesive strip connection, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses SBN6400/AIP31108, there is no font library in the chip, programmers compile fonts by themselves.
1.3 Low power consumption, there are two power modes of 5V/3.3V, no backlight current within 8mA, backlight current within 100mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN20.
1.5 Product features:
●Built-in display data RAM is 64x192 bits
●One screen displays 12 characters x 4 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●Single picture ≦192x64 dot matrix.
●The module has built-in 3PCS chip select chip (left, middle and right screen).
●Built-in negative voltage output (VEE), V0 and VEE are disconnected when the module contrast is fixed
●8-bit parallel port interface, 6800 timing.
