Product Description
1.1 C0G process, FPC plug-in process, product with backlight, thin thickness, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses st7525, there is no font library in the chip, programmers compile font library by themselves.
1.3 Low power consumption, only 3.3V power mode, no backlight current within 1mA, backlight current within 100mA
1.4 LED backlight A and K are powered separately for PCB board, need to be soldered on PCB board,
1.5 Product features:
●Built-in display data RAM is 5120 bits:
●The boost circuit only needs 2 1uf capacitors
●The contrast is adjusted by software.
●One screen displays 10 characters x 2 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●Single picture ≦160x32 dot matrix.
●Optional 4-wire SPI interface or 8-bit parallel port 6800 timing or 8080 timing, customizable 12C interface.
●Rich functions:
Interface display on/off, positive display/reverse display, read/modify/write.
