Product Description
1.1 COB process, product with backlight, conductive tape connection, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses st7920, two chip options for simplified Chinese character library or traditional Chinese character library.
1.3 Low power consumption, with two power modes of 5V/3.3V, no backlight current within 8mA, backlight current within 100mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN19, PIN20.
1.5 Product features:
●Built-in character library ROM (CGROM): a total of 8192 characters
●Built-in half-width character ROM (HCGROM): a total of 126 alphabetic characters
●Built-in drawing RAM (GDRAM): 64x256bit
●Display 8 characters x 4 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●Single picture ≦128x64 dot matrix.
●Optional 3-wire SPI interface/8-bit parallel port interface/4-bit parallel port interface.
When the contrast is fixed, V0 is disconnected. When the contrast is adjusted to 3.3V, V0 can only be connected to the ground.

Interface display on/off, cursor on/off, cursor flashing on/off
