Product Description
1.1 COB process, product with backlight, conductive tape connection, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses st7920, built-in simplified Chinese character library or traditional Chinese character library two options.
1.3 Low power consumption, there are two power modes of 5V/3.3V, no backlight current within 3mA, backlight current within 20mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN15, PIN16 or A and K.
1.5 Product features:
●Built-in character library ROM (CGROM): a total of 8192 characters
Built-in half-width character ROM (HCGROM): a total of 126 alphabetic characters
Built-in drawing RAM (GDRAM): 64x256bit
●4 characters x2 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
●Single picture ≦ 64x32 dot matrix.
●Optional 3-wire SPI interface or 8-bit parallel interface or 4-bit parallel interface.
● Rich functions:
Interface display on/off, cursor on/off, cursor flashing on/off,
display and cursor movement direction, etc.
●Automatic power-on reset function
