1. Product features
1.1 The product is thin, light, with backlight, conductive strip connection and stable structure.
1.2 COB process, The character library includes English and Japanese, English and European, English and Russian, etc. The default is English and Japanese,IC uses AIP31066L.
1.3 Low power consumption, there are two power supply modes of 5V/3.3V, the current is within 3mA without backlight and within 40mA with backlight.
1.4 Features:
● 16 characters x 1 lines.
● Display Data RAM of 80x8 bits(Maximum 80 characters).
● Parallel interface,4-bit or 8-bit MCU communication.
● Rich features:
Interface display on/off, Cursor on/off, Cursor flashing on/off,
Display and cursor movement direction,
Font selection (5x8 dot matrix or 5x11 dot matrix)，
Write data to DDRAM/CGRAM，
